Kikoff is a credit-building startup designed to help you build credit safely and responsibly. Over one million people use Kikoff to build and sustain good credit scores.

I was brought on as a Freelance Senior Product Designer to work on redesigning the dashboards of two key product verticals, Credit Account and Credit Builder Loan.

The Problem

The current Credit Account (CA) and Credit Builder Loan (CBL) experience has been identified as having issues, among them:

• Low understanding of how Kikoff helps build credit
• Excessive customer service queries
• Low adoption of autopay
